Cure: Dehydrate & Store — Privacy Policy

The short version

Cure does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you enter (the food, weight, and units you pick, and any conditioning batch you start) stays on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers. We do not collect your name, email, location, device identifiers, or usage data.

What we store on your device

The app saves a small amount of state locally, using the system's standard on-device preferences storage:

• Your unit preferences (°C/°F, grams/ounces)
• The start time of a conditioning batch, if you start one, so the day counter can keep running
• Whether you've turned on the optional daily stir reminder

This data stays on your device only, is not transmitted anywhere, and is removed if you delete the app.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily stir reminder, Cure schedules a local notification on your device. It is generated entirely on-device, contains no personal data, and is never sent to or through any server. You can turn it off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.

In-app purchases

Cure offers a one-time Cure Pro purchase (with a 24-hour full-feature trial that requires no purchase to start). Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not see your Apple ID, payment method, or billing information — Apple handles all of that under their own privacy policy. The app only learns whether a successful purchase is associated with the active Apple ID on this device.

What we share

Nothing. We have nothing to share because we collect nothing.

Third-party services

None. Cure does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, including analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or AI providers.

Network access

The app does not require an internet connection to function. The only network call it can make is to Apple's StoreKit servers — either to fetch the current Cure Pro price or to restore a prior purchase. No other network requests are made.

Children's privacy

Cure is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Since no personal data is collected or stored off your device, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all locally stored app data, delete the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
