What it does
Tap sets the right CO2 regulator pressure for any beer at your serving temperature, then balances your beer line so pours come out clean instead of foamy. Pick a beer style or set the volumes of CO2, dial in your temperature, and get the exact PSI; then enter your line type and rise to get the line length for a balanced pour. Save each kegerator and beer, and diagnose foamy pours with a symptom-first troubleshooter.
Carbonation uses the standard formula fit to ASBC data (within about 0.3 PSI of the Brewers Association chart); line balancing follows the American Homebrewers Association.
